Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) – 10g

MSM Shampoo:

Ingredients:

• 1 cup liquid castile soap
• 1/4 cup MSM powder
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp vitamin E oil
• 1 tsp jojoba oil
• 10-15 drops of essential oil of your choice (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the liquid castile soap and MSM powder.
2. Add the olive oil, vitamin E oil, jojoba oil and essential oil (if using) to the mixture.
3. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to a clean, empty shampoo bottle and use as needed.
5. MSM Hair Mask:

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup MSM powder
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the MSM powder and coconut oil.
2. Add honey and lavender essential oil to the mixture and mix well.
3. Apply the mixture to your hair, ensuring that all strands are coated.
4. Leave the mask on for at least 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
5. MSM Leave-In Conditioner:

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup MSM powder
• 1/2 cup distilled water
• 1 tbsp vegetable glycerin
• 1 tbsp aloe vera gel
• 5-6 drops of rosemary essential oil

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine MSM powder and distilled water.
2. Add vegetable glycerin and aloe vera gel to the mixture and stir well.
3. Add rosemary essential oil to the mixture and mix well.
4. Transfer the mixture to a clean, empty spray bottle.
5. Shake the bottle well before use and spray the conditioner onto your hair after washing.
